PR Ozone Pharma citrate-based ozone bottles are produced in fully sterile manufacturing areas in compliance with medical-grade quality standards.
Each bottle is designed with a special formulation to ensure maximum safety and stability in the ozone–blood mixture.

Production stages:

1. Borosilicate glass forming: High heat-resistant glass that does not react with ozone is used.
2. Citrate and citric acid formulation: A balance of 3.13% sodium citrate + 0.192 g citric acid is added via an automated filling line.
3. Sterilization: Each bottle is individually processed in an ISO 13485-certified sterile environment.
4. Vacuuming and leak-proof testing: An internal vacuum is created, and the bottle is sealed with a 100% leak-proof rubber stopper.
5. Packaging and quality control: Each product is individually labeled in compliance with CE standards.
